This should be opposed. It is Grade 2 listed farm, the last of its kind in such a town. The land is both designated as of particular landscape value and is also highly fertile agricultural land towards Crondall. This would be unescessarily large a development and in the wrong place. It is out of character with the town and would make the town too large. It is part of the actual town and a much prized last bit of agricultural land close to the centre.
Farnham is overdeveloped and it risks finally destroying its unique character, in the town I remember from my childhood in the 1980s and 90’s. This must be protected.
